CHALLENGE
They give us all the research part done, as well as the colours we have to use to design the app.
What is the challenge?
"As UX/UI, we need you to create the Dashboard and a New goal flow in App mobile version, taking into account the UX study and conveying the client's values".
They give us all the research part done, as well as the colours we have to use to design the app.
What is the target?
"Young students"
- Their experience in banking is very limited: not all have experience in banking.
- Those who have accounts do not have 100% control over them: it is their parents who control them.
- The accounts they have act as wallet cards into which parents put a limited amount for the month's expenses.
DEVELOPMENT
The most important insights to take into account:
- Millennials were born in a digital environment and are assumed to have acquired knowledge of this medium, but it is not so evident.
- The financial world generates insecurity for them, which is closely linked to lack of knowledge.
- The image they have of banking is very much influenced by the opinions of their peers.
- The projected image of the bank analysed is linked to trust and security, but they continue to see it as distant from their own.
- The needs demanded by university students are very much in line with what the bank believes they have.
With this in mind, I start with the design of the app.
SOLUTION
After creating the wireframes, I designed a useful and simple app focused on a young target, keeping the requested colours. What do you think?
